The event will take the form of a lecture and moderated discussion, followed by a book signing and informal reception.
The focus of the conversation is the evolving role of AI inside organizations—not as a distant technological system, but as something entering the everyday flow of work. Most decisions in organizations are shaped not in formal systems or meetings, but in the daily judgments individuals make about what to escalate, what to resolve quietly, and what to defer.
AI is increasingly becoming part of that environment. As it does, patterns that were once dispersed or informal become visible in new ways. The discussion would explore what this shift means for leadership, governance, accountability, and organizational design.

This session would be particularly relevant for alumni and local business leaders who are navigating the introduction of AI into complex, regulated, or distributed environments and want to understand its broader implications before it becomes embedded in routine practice.
