Most decisions in organizations are shaped not in formal systems or meetings, but in the daily judgments individuals make about what to escalate, what to resolve quietly, and what to defer.
AI is increasingly becoming part of that environment. As it does, patterns that were once dispersed or informal become visible in new ways. The discussion would explore what this shift means for leadership, governance, accountability, and organizational design.
